TURF Multisport Sim Lounge ("we," "us," or "our") is owned and operated by BA Custom Products and operates an indoor golf simulator facility located at 1102 Main Ave N, Thief River Falls, MN 56701. Mobile phone number — to send booking-related text messages and your door access code

SMS / Text Messaging

If you check the optional SMS consent box during booking, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record, and we use them solely to send transactional messages about your reservation: booking confirmations, session reminders, door access codes, and cancellation notices. Message frequency varies (typically 2 to 5 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in and consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used only by us and by our SMS delivery provider, acting solely on our instructions to transmit these messages to you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Share Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe using industry-standard encryption. We retain booking information only as long as needed to operate our business and meet legal and tax obligations.
